i've paid my $50.00 and have yet to receive the manual - i phoned them and received their voicemail, i've left a message, one voicemail was full, i've emailed 3 of their important people, yet i am still w/out the product? i would hate to think this was a scam, can anyone shed some light on this for me please, as it's bad enough that i'm unemployed....
